Frequently asked questions
Why is it necessary to register and create a profile to order water?
Your profile provides authenticity and a level of security for your orders.
Your account number, e-mail address, user name, password and verification
question/answer is required to complete your online registration.
You will only need to create a profile for your initial online registration.
After your profile has been created you will be able to place an online water
order. Future online access will require the entry of your user name and
password only
I registered but am unable to place a water order. I receive the
message "Login Failed. Login information provided is inaccurate or this online
profile has not yet been activated." What do I need to do?
Please verify the following information:
-
the user name you entered contains alphanumeric characters only and does not
contain any spaces.
-
the password you entered contains alphanumeric characters only and is at least
5 characters in length.
If you are still unable to access your online account, please e-mail us at
waterdel@srpnet.com or call our Water Customer Service at (602) 236-3333
What is the difference between "View my schedule" and "View
subdivision schedule" on the "Irrigation scheduling for subdivision customers"
page?
"View my schedule" allows you to view account-specific information and the
water delivery schedule for your account only. "View subdivision schedule"
provides the capability to view the most current irrigation schedule for a
subdivision. This allows you to determine who is scheduled to receive water
before and after you.
Can I place an online order for my neighbor?
No. We treat the customer information submitted to us online with the same
confidentiality as our customer records on paper and any information taken over
the phone by our SRP customer service representatives. Once your neighbor has
completed an online profile, he or she will be able to place an online water
order.
I placed a water order online, however, my spouse also wrote in an
order on the paper subdivision sheet. What will happen?
Internet orders take priority over any orders written on your subdivision
hangback sheet, regardless of when the orders were placed.
I cannot print the schedule or other pages in the water ordering
process. What could be wrong? Most pages on this Web site
are optimized for 5.x and higher version browsers. If you are using a Netscape
4.x browser, you may not be able to print results data from some of our online
services. To print your data, we recommend that you upgrade to a 5.x version of
a Netscape browser or use an Internet Explorer browser before trying to print
data from our online services.
Due to the browser limitations of WebTV, some of the forms on this Web site
will not fully display on WebTV. Our site is optimized for browsers of at least
800 x 600 pixels. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a
result of this.
I thought I had placed a water order and received confirmation
e-mail. But "My schedule details" indicates "NO ORDER." What happened?
It is possible that you placed your individual order after the cut-off time for
your subdivision. Be sure to check the cut-off times that are listed on the
"Water order" and "View your schedule" pages.
Internet water orders need to be placed by 4 a.m. the day prior to your
hangback date. Orders placed after this time will be included in the next
irrigation scheduling. The cut-off date displays on the "Water 0rder" page:

The cut-off date is also displayed on the "View your schedule" page:
